Habitaciones antiguas, en mi caso la Habitación que me toco tenia huecos.
Came for breakfast. Good environment, pleasant staff, laid back. Had the Eggs Benedict - Quite lovely.

El Hotel Las Garzas en Chelem, es una de esas joyas que no todo mundo conoce. Es un Hotel donde te tratan muy bien, los cuartos son limpios, la playa esta justo a una cuadra, una playa que es en gran medida virgen, o como decirlo no es una playa comercial. Casi no hay gente pero es muy linda, y si caminas un poco hay un malecon muy bonito para estar y tomarse fotos. Incluso me toco en una de mis visitas ver delfines y eso es algo muy especial. La alberca es muy linda dentro del Hotel de Las Garzas y el trato es de primera. En la mañana hay un buffet donde puedes elegir huevo, fruto y Hot Cakes además de Cafe o Jugo. ADemás tienen un chapoteadero muy lindo y como si no fuera ya demasiado, tienen dos hermosas tortugas en una fuente. Creo que es una excelente opción por si estás de viaje en Merida y quieres ir a la playa ya que está a tan solo 40 minutos.

Estuve con mi familia en un paquete para festejar el 31 de diciembre, la pasamos muy bien, el paquete cumplió mis expectativas, Más se destaca que le falta a las instalaciones mucho mantenimiento, el servicio es excelente, el desayuno muy rico, todo se ve muy limpio, Recomendaría que en las habitaciones existiera tv y ventiladores nuevos; en general, es recomendable el hotel, si quieres estar en áreas básicas, ojalá mejoren su mantenimiento.
Very friendly people. Simple beach type hotel. Had a few meals. Be very specific on your food order and you will not be disappointed. We do not like refried beans.
Fuimos solo de pasa día, no entramos a las habitaciones pero la pasamos muy bien, la alberca es muy grande y el chapoteadero también, lo único "malo" es que están separados (alberca y chapoteadero). El personal muy amable pero a la hora de la comida tuvimos que ir a la barra a pedir porque nadie se acercaba a tomar la orden. La comida muy rica. La playa está a media cuadra, por lo que la ubicación del hotel está genial. Pronto regresaremos
